Shipping Policy

SmartBuyDepotLLC currently ships orders within the contiguous United States.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

After processing, estimated delivery times are generally 3–7 business days, depending on the destination, carrier performance, weather conditions, and operational factors.


Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable shipping providers, including but not limited to:

  • Other qualified logistics providers

Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will automatically be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier's system.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, our support team will contact the customer to determine the next available resolution.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment requests.


Lost or Missing Deliveries

If your tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
