Refund Policy

SmartBuyDepotLLC accepts return requests for eligible items within 30 days after delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@smartbuydepotllc.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos of the item (if it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions within 24–48 business hours.

Returned items should be:

  • Unused whenever possible

  • Clean and in good condition

  • Returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and all included components

For damaged, defective, incorrect, or fulfillment-related issues caused by our shipping process, SmartBuyDepotLLC will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • A replacement item

  • A full or partial refund

  • A prepaid return label (when applicable)

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
